Welcome to MTTN Fitness.
I’m someone who likes to perform well in fitness and be healthy from a nutrition standpoint, too. I also like to have a fun social life and eat good food. Over the years of me working in the fitness industry, I realised pretty soon that it’s possible (and achievable) to do both of these things. Now, I help my clients do the same.
I train people for performance. All this means is that the scales aren’t our primary metric of success. I have had clients go from zero exercise to completing crazy feats such as cycling the length of the UK and running ultra-marathons. Realistically, 99% of people won’t want to do this. But what 99% of people might want to do is get their first pull-up, compete in a Hyrox, run their first marathon or even be able to lift their own bodyweight on a deadlift.
All these things sound great, don’t they? But surely you need hours and hours to dedicate towards this? You wouldn’t be alone in thinking that, but you’d be wrong. If you’re reading this page, the chances are that there’s something that consumes your life, whether that be your business, having kids or having projects to finish.
The truth is, all those achievements I mentioned, all the reviews on this page, are from people just like you. So what’s different? Well, they have me to arrange a schedule that fits not only their training level but their busy lifestyle, too. We go through a 5-step process to ensure this works.

When you adhere to training and healthy habits, you get small wins, which keep you motivated. When you’re motivated, you’re more consistent. When you become consistent in doing the right things, you get results.
