Welcome to MTTN Fitness.
I like to perform at a high level while still enjoying my life. Over the years of me working in the fitness industry, I realised pretty soon that it’s possible (and achievable) to do both of these things. Now, I help my clients do the same.
I train people for performance. All this means is that the scales aren’t our primary metric of success. I have had clients go from zero exercise to completing crazy feats such as cycling the length of the UK and running ultra-marathons. Realistically, 99% of people won’t want to do this. But what 99% of people might want to do is get their first pull-up, compete in a Hyrox, run their first marathon or even be able to lift their own bodyweight on a deadlift.
All these things sound great, don’t they? But surely you need hours and hours to dedicate towards this? You wouldn’t be alone in thinking that, but you’d be wrong. If you’re reading this page, the chances are that there’s something that consumes your life, whether that be your business, having kids or having projects to finish.
